At The Loop, our mission has always been to provide a welcoming, flexible space for the community to gather, create & grow. As we look to the future, we’re excited to expand our role from a nonprofit community flex space into a vibrant & inclusive collective—a hub where creativity, wellness & connection come together to support the evolving needs of our community.

Expanding Into the Former Masonic Lodge Building

We’re excited to share that we’re expanding into the former Masonic Lodge building in Sun Prairie! This character-rich structure will serve as the foundation for our next chapter, offering a dynamic, multi-use space that blends creative expression, collaboration, community engagement & well-being.

A Hybrid Model for a Thriving Collective

To bring this vision to life, we will be introducing a hybrid structure that combines the heart of our nonprofit mission with the sustainability of a for-profit business model.

The Loop Sun Prairie (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit) will remain dedicated to providing accessible, community-driven programming—with a strong focus on inclusive events, outreach to marginalized communities & opportunities for creative growth and expression.

The Loop Venue Co. (For-Profit LLC) will operate the building’s private event & tenant spaces—offering an affordable, professional home for weddings, meetings, celebrations, wellness sessions & long-term creative or entrepreneurial work. These spaces are designed to spark connection & collaboration among artists, wellness practitioners & small businesses, creating a vibrant ecosystem under one roof.
Revenue from rentals will help sustain the space, allowing us to continue delivering mission-driven programming through our nonprofit—each booking directly fueling creativity, connection & inclusive community growth.

This hybrid model allows us to expand our reach, diversify revenue streams & maintain our commitment to being a community-first organization.

Warm, flexible & affordable spaces designed for wellness services, small support groups & one-on-one sessions.
The Main Hall for Private Rentals
Our main hall will be available for private event rentals—ideal for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, meetings, creative celebrations & more. Managed through our for-profit arm, these rentals will directly support the sustainability of our shared space.
